I started off early collecting these things... They all have diminutive ladies movements like this one... To be honest, I only ever disassembled one of the several dozen I went through while the rest simply go a dab of fresh oil. All the ones I still have start right up when you wind them and they keep good time as well. Not bad for movements that didn't get a real service and I haven't touched since about 2005!

Cool looking, just little alarm clocks? Exactly. The alarms are electronic so they need batteries for that part. Even in the small cases with the keychain they are a size that fits nicely in you pants pocket. When the alarm goes off, it sounds like a mad bee in your pocket

LOL! I did find one pic I had squirreled away on Picasa ... These were in my collection at one time too ... The little one on the right was only 3/4" tall and 1/2" wide!

Wow that's a collection, I don't think I've ever seen those before.
So this looks very much like the Bulova in my mother in laws watch. I need to order smaller screwdrivers! Wish me luck.

Looks nice Pete, maybe I should get a few. Have a great Indy one like in the original posting, up in the center with the speaker on the bottom.

Oh dang, that puts things into perspective...those are tiny. This may help a little too ... The alarm is set by turning the crenelated bezel ring that moves the red Hand. When the hour hand reaches the red one, an internal connection is made that fires off the alarm .The alarm will sound for about 3 minutes if you don't turn it off with the switch on the back of the case. I had 16 of this model at one time but used most as trades for other watches. I only have 2 left plus three or four of the MiniSwiss models. These little Swiss ladies calibres are like the Ford 2.4litre 4 banger that was introduced in the Pinto and is still in production today; they are indestructible!

It hung from a key clasp from the bottom so it was upside down to everyone else except the nurse. That one had a 15 jewel movement that was different than the others.

Pete, never saw little ones like that but where were the found ? I got most of them from a seller in the Netherlands. She had a large collection of them and whenever she put them on eBay, I would grab them up. Holy crap! I just did some research and these things are fetching $250+ and even more with the boxes and papers.

A stainless Vacheron my heart breaks. As for little screws I have to buy smaller drivers to even work on these. Pictures are cross posted with what came in the mail. For reference that's the balance cock from a 7009.
