This is an NOS never-mounted inner rotating ring that goes into the Seiko chronograph 6139-7069 and 6139-7069 models. It might fit some other but it DOES NOT FIT THE 6139-600X POGUES. Dark black glossy plastic with silver printing. It is nearly perfect since it is true NOS but there are hairlines where the ink is no longer present from storage. Super-minor flaws in the "5", the "5" in 15 and the "0" in 40. See photos. This is the proper "Count Down" rotating ring. The markers are in the opposite direction of a normal bezel. From what I can see this is the normal proper way that every 6139-7060/-7069 I have owned or seen has, but the Borel web site suggests there is an optional 'count up' ring in case you have one of those. Again, see photos, this is the standard Count Down configuration. All of the teeth on the underside are perfect. It's been in my parts bin for a few years now since I bought 2 at once and used one and this is just not getting used so I offer it here. WITHDRAWN Overseas no problem just add actual shipping costs.

How does $30 sound plus actual shipping wherever you may be?
