A big thanks to @adrian-VTA who serviced my Omega digital. This watch was given to me by my parents for my 15th birthday, and I wore it continuously until the early '90s. It served as a timer when swimming laps, was kept in my top pocket when working 1800m underground in Mount Isa (a large silver-lead-zinc mine), survived the outside heat when working at Telfer (a remote copper-gold mine in the Great Sandy Desert), and timed my way through all my university exams. With little more than battery replacements over the years, the buttons became well-stuck, and it wasn't really functional anymore. Adrian took on the servicing and has done an excellent job. Regards, Ross

Well they really knew how to build a great digital watch in the 70s didn't they. What a beauty Ross. May it give you many more years of service.

This is a really solid, heavy watch. The display is as new, and the crystal doesn't have a single scratch on it, despite what it has been through (though it did have a small chip on one edge, now on the inside, as Adrian found that the crystal was, for some reason installed around the wrong way).

Rossr - great watch and better memories.
Can you briefly list the functions this watch can perform?

Rossr - great watch and better memories. Can you briefly list the functions this watch can perform? It is a pretty basic chronograph. Split and lap time, and that's about it. I think it was a 1976 release - though I got it a few years after that.

Beautiful watch. The stainless steel is timeless. Did you see any pictures of the module? The way Omega finishes their movements and modules are definitely noteworthy. I've had a memomaster and was surprised at the circuitry.

Adrian made a clip during his assessment. The module still in the case, but in perfect condition. Just a screen shot below.

This was the caseback of my memomaster. I could have kept it but the missing faceplate would have bugged me and I'm not a huge fan of gold.
