Damp day in the south east of England. 6309 housed in a 6308-8020 case, which I only realised when I strapped it on this morning. The sculpture is one of 33 ‘art installations ’ dotted around the town celebrating a new movie ‘The Snowman and the Snowdog’

Awesome SRPC49J, creamy lume and orange outline minute hand. Nice white tip on the sweeper too. Mounted it on a Strapcode Angus. Black PVD made specially for this reference. My first Strapcode bracelet, they do a fantastic job. Solid end links with screwed links like a Rolex bracelet, top quality all around. Ain't cheap but it is worth the extra money for sure. Angus bracelet has polished black middle bits and matte outer parts. Matches the mix of polished (case sides, bezel and crown) and matte (case top) they really did a great job of meshing design features. Fannnnnntastic 👌🏻

Aloha , Well since I am home for now this for today. Louis Note: I got a .... " Special Gift " too. Yesterday my little Filipino Friend from down the street and his Mom came to the house with a package. This guy is about ....7-8 years old and comes to visit a lot. I gave him 2 - Seiko quartz watch's to use that I made for him. I take him to Ice Cream and when I go out to eat some times and he enjoys the time spent with me. Single Mom and Her Mom live with him alone. I try to spend time with him to help him along and teach him things of interest and he spends time with me and stays over some time. His Mom tells me that they went the other side of the city to a Thrift Shop and he saw this and told her that he want to get it form me for my shelf display. She says he told her ..... " Get It For Papa's Shelf Collection ". So I got a free gift now from the little guy here. Aloha Louis The Umbrella giggles as it works the sweep hand too.Even the Alarm on top works.

Aloha Sir, I caught the bus one day just to a short distance and met him on the bus when he sat by me about a year ago. He admired my Aqualand Silver C021 Watch and started to talk to me. I have given him about maybe ... 4-5 watch's already and he loves them. He comes and stays over and watch's me do repairs also and I bought him a Hood visor magnifier so he can see what is being done. My Wife just loves him and they get along well. He calls me Big Papa and he is a good guy. I bought him all his school supplies and back pack this year and all kinds of school things for his use. Me and my Wife take him for clothing / shoe buys all the time too. Louis

Smoke on the water...um turtle. Doing the gray on US razorwire of course. Great combination! Thanks to Gordo, I have a blue version coming in and I must say that bracelet is the "bees knees". Until now, I wasn't even aware of Uncle Seiko's offerings . Reckon I was away too long.......things could start getting expensive again.

Good for you Louis! Nice strap combination and love that Curious George clock. Curious George was one of the very first books I owned when I was a kid. If memory serves, I got it when I joined a book club in kindergarten.

Somebody mentioned hand winders and I just happen to have one sitting in front of me...
There is a little bit of dial damage but the movement(6602B) runs like a sewing machine. They are as pleasurable to wind as the best the Swiss have to offer and they keep time like they don't know they are made by Seiko! Three for Seiko hand winders

Today's Seiko golf tip of the day: the harder the putt is struck, the straighter the roll will be.
Too many rules
Don't drink before noon unless you are an unemployed millennial living in your parents basement
Don't get phuked up during Happy hour (which is why they have Happy hour)
If you have to do work late and then have shit to do after work and try to play catchup
Is it tomorrowyesterdayland already

Murder trial mistried due to the impending hurricane, which apparently is no longer looming (at least here). Nevertheless I’d anticipated doing a week long timing run on this watch, so it remains in the wrist even though I’ll likely be spending the remainder of the week lounging on my couch in my PJs. They let you out on bail? How long before you're back in the dock? With a name like Kulprit, I can only assume you're guilty! 😆
