^love that! So any clue on the bezel numbering? How's that used for what? Some people call it a decompression bezel, but it's really a "no-decompression bezel", and indicates the amount of time a diver can stay at a certain depth, in meters, without needing to take decompression stops as they rise to avoid decompression sickness ("the bends"). So the no-decompression limit at 60 meters would be about 5 minutes, 50 meters - 8 minutes, 40 meters - 15 minutes, etc. This bezel is less common than the typical elapsed-time Super Kontiki bezel. However, you see it frequently on other divers, e.g. the Doxa Sub. I will post a photo of my Doxa Sub 300T Searambler here. It's the same thing, but in feet. Sorry for going off-topic. BTW, fingernails are needed for manual-winding (I also have a 4.4M serial Eternamatic from the early 1960s with a recessed crown).
