Aloha , This today, I have some errands to get done also today. ______________________________________________ Note: The Wife had her knee operation and it was a over night thing and she is doing just fine. Problem is it is required that she walk around with a walker to get it into safe doings. She is very irritated that she has to sit still and not do any thing so I have my hands full.... . Some of the Girls here came over last night to cheer her up and that did a lot for her. So I will be quite busy tending to her this week and next week also. Therapy is next and that comes with a lot pain too. Aloha Louis

She will very much appreciate it too. She is a very determined individual because of her Ancestor's Blood Line. Her family has people that came from Australia, Austria, Russia, Yugoslavia , England Royalty, and a few more. So the Fiery Blood Power is very powerful when expressed...... . Myself I have only ... Two Bloods that I know off and those are.... Portuguese and Puerto - Rican but I found out a few more also. Thank you again , Louis

Wore this all yesterday but considering it’s now today on yesterday’s thread, I’ll wear it today as well I’ll take a pick later today for tomorrow’s thread.

One of my favorites Gotta love the SBDC063. Such a fine watch, approximates the MM series at a fraction of the setback. Myself I popped on SDBX017 hands for 'the look'.

Gone monster... loving the orange dial. Wasn't a fav when they first came out. But they have grown on me and thought it about time one got added.

After a couple of weeks, this thing is still within 1/2 of a second of the atonice clock!!!
To those who say the Seiko sucks ... If you look carefully at the flame from the flame thrower, you will see a definite middle finger salute You see it now don't you

Today's Seiko golf tip of the day: take the time to warm up and your early shots will be better.
Got this one back last night from my local watchmasters.
You'll have to excuse the glare from the non AR Hardlex crystal.
It originally came with a Saphire AR crystal.
You could barely read the time with the purple haze and the thousands of scratches.
But they weren't scratches in the crystal: they were scratches in the outer AR coating
Fine, just buff the AR of right?
He told me there is some nasty AR out there that doesn't come off no matter what you try on it.
Turns out this was the case.
So if you can't grind it or dissolve it off HOW THE phuk does it get so scratched up?
Turns out the original crystal is NLA.
Turns out he decoded the Seiko system to find a Hardlex equivalent from some long last place as Seiko didn't have it either.
Purchased this one with my first success sharing check and the serial number ended up having the same 4 numbers in the same order as my company login ID
3 Degrees.

Valjoux 7750 powered (28,800 bph, hand wind & automatic, hacking) Sears Tradition "Pogue" Another member PMd me showing his, maybe time to make your beauty public too? That's probably one of the coolest watches I've seen. Best of both worlds! Pogue case with a VJ 7750 movement! Gotta love it. I wonder how many of these are out there in the wild?

One of my favorites Gotta love the SBDC063. Such a fine watch, approximates the MM series at a fraction of the setback. Myself I popped on SDBX012 hands for 'the look'. Looks good. I had the sbdc053 with 62mas style hands for alittle while, stats on paper said it was the smaller watch however after lots of reading it seemed the 063 visually was smaller so sold the 053 and bought the 063 and yup wears smaller and I love it
