Lucky I’m wearing a 150m diver to survive the rain... Saw all the h558’s from yesterday and thought it was time to unleash the Arnie.

Arnie vs Oma...no contest! Today, day 53, is 6117-6410 from December ‘73 on the newly arrived Uncle Seiko railroad...WOW!!! Larry has done an awesome job with these, it’s like wearing a brand new watch. In fact a colleague at work asked me exactly that, and had to be seriously convinced that this is a 45 year old watch.

One good looking combo!!

6105-8119 bought some years ago. It has a great dial but AM hands in desperate need of a relume, an AM insert (I have the original to replace this) and unusually, a 0634 bracelet with very tightly fitted end pieces. The bracelet is quite comfortable, so that can stay for the moment. The hands and insert will get some attention.

Relumed original hands on this one too, but a good job done marching the dial in this case. We're into the quartz divers now - a November '81 7549- 7010.

I missed all the Arnies yesterday, busy day at work then took my wife to the footy. Will scroll back and drool over them all in a minute. This one always makes me think of King Louis and of Neilo.

Last night I liberated my 6105-8000 mod with its 19mm lugs from the bondage of a 20mm zulu strap. It was touch 'n go for a while and I had to resort to cutting the strap off (the horror). In its place is a nice and new DAL3B19 which has breathed new life into this baby. So that's what I'm wearing today.
