Easter egg hunt. Have a great day everyone. Look through bushes and stuff in Australia? No thanks. Spiders, snakes, other things I’ve not heard of that can take down an elephant. Not to mention the Dropbears.

Almost forgot to post my Easter watch. It's my recently completed 6118-7010. Just a stunning Blue on this dial.

I guess I should update my quartz entries too today...It was an absolutely gorgeous day today out in the western burbs. Son stopped by for my traditional "egg-bake" and OJ. After making several stops at different family events the day comes to an end. Back to work in the a.m. I couldn't keep my eyes off this. No secrete this is one of my favorite style 6309's this 8080 from March of '89. End links on this one are near perfect, while in the bright sun you can really see the scratches on the crystal, most times this dial just pops through...kind of broke the blue mood I was having with the 7150(9). This is a bit too nice to be worn more than just on the an occasional weekend. Not to worry I've another (or more) on a nice rally strap.

Just checking in with my entry. the good old days, a little like the good old cars when they knew how to build them, and a V8 engine was doing well if you got 100,000 miles before a rebuild, against this modern crap that only does about 250,000 Km before you start spending. We discuss the good old days all the time. I remember when my first car was about to roll and I got the whole family to drive around for the event. I've 178K on the jeep that replaced a car with 258 that was only let go of because of rust.
