The same day I joined the forum I read through the sales posts. Solotov had a SKX 023 up for grabs and we talked a bit. I then bought it from him and so it is in the mail. Even though I prefer bigger cases I've always liked the look of the smaller SKX with the crown at 3. As soon as it lands here I'll be a very happy man, because they are not available in South Africa. I also have a Chinese Tuna Can on the way. Oh, and a Vostok. Also waiting for an aftermarket bezel with insert and C3 lumed hands for the Vostok....

Welcome! Well . . . . you didn't wait too long to get bitten by the bug! Time for a bigger watch box!

I've been collecting, buying and selling watches since I bought my first auto, a Seiko7002, in 1994. Great watch and I had for 23 years. Never gave me any problems. Only had to service it once.

Welcome sir!
I like the 7S26-0050 family, although some will say I like every Seiko family.
I started with the white and gold SKX027, and then the black SKX025 and finally getting an SKX023.
Enjoy!

The SKX023 arrived today. I just live it to bits. I'll have to get used to the smaller sized wach on my fat wrist though 🤣 Thanks for the opportunity to buy it from you David (Solotov)

Just class. Not too small to be considered a women's watch but instead, a classic diver size.

Welcome.
I think the size is fine. It’s more a vintage size vibe than a small size.
