There are a few SKX models in Titanium... But I guess you mean the 002x case? Not as far as I know.

Like Mr.Jones said, the SKX403, SKX405, SKX421, and SKX423 are all 7s26 3-oclock titanium cased divers. Fairly rare though, havent seen one pop up in awhile on my normal ebay treks Alternatively, I believe there is a gentleman on instagram by the name of monteurhorloges who has already/or is currently working on some custom seiko cases in titanium. Might be worth looking into if you're looking for modding options

Crystaltimes makes a case identical to the SKX007/009 in steel. It is referred to as their CT700 model. Now I'm no metallurgist (hell all I can do is swap straps) but if anyone would be in a position to offer the same case in Titanium, they might be the one.

What is the draw to buying a CT700 when you can easily buy a genuine Seiko case ?

That's where I stumbled on it. You should see the stuff these guys are doing, pretty wild!

I modded my SKX 6 years ago. The original parts were sitting in a drawer, doing nothing. I bought the CT case when they came out this year. Dropped all of the old parts into the CT case and for about $100, got my old SKX back.
I will probably restore the SKX to original and move all the mod parts to the CT case.
Last I checked, the SKX has been killed off by Seiko but I've heard that silly rumor for the last 5 years.
