A very impressive line-up today gentlemen! Congratulations one and all! Here is my 1970 blue dial 6001, the first made in either October or December(?) I’m awaiting a replacement inner rotating bezel(the one in at the moment is wrong, as can be seen), it needs a service, and those are clearly a ‘service’ hand set(sweep, hour and minute). It sports a KVW Crystal, and keeps good time. Wow, what a serial number!

The only one sleeping is the forum mods, not replacing the banner... No idea how that gets done. Tim handles such things. World's tallest Pogue crystal ?

This is my 6139-6005 from March 72. It's all original including the original crystal. I have it's original bracelet but have it on an UncleSeiko president style with SEL at the moment.

Had this pair, -6012 and -6015... They were gold cased watches so I never wore them. Sent them off to Spencer for parts or whatever he wanted to do with them.

Other than the one on my wrist I present to you my 6139 family. Couple of yellows, couple of blues. The beaters are my favorites. Rob

Wearing mine today. Still has the original crystal and unpolished case. Even better, it was produced the same month/year as Col Pogue's, and is ~2700 units away from his on the production line.

I said earlier that I don't have a Pogue, but this one, once owned by Swedefreak, was mine until I sold it on. That is but one of many sales that I regret. No idea where this is now, but I hope whoever has it enjoys it. The bracelet, of course is one of Swedefreak's H-links. For those of you who do not know, Swedefreak was the alter ego of Jonathan Koch, who had crystals and bracelets made for the less common of the Seiko collectables. For the most part, aftermarket made to oem specs. Some to his own specs, but he made sure we knew the difference.

Aloha, This crab and go one today. As far as having those Pogue's I had a few long ago but not now. Never realized it to keep until now to have one. Well did not have a watch interest before. But I really did have the .... Privileged Opportunity to meet the Famous Man at a Astronauts home by being invited by his Son in Denver, Colorado for the Astronauts Son Birthday Celebration and spoke to him for a while too and he was wearing that watch too and a true and very interesting Gentleman too. I met him again in ...... Los Angeles, California a year later during a Air and Exhibit Show. That was a valued opportunity I was given and invited too. Aloha Louis
