We all see that anything collectable vintage Seiko related is getting reproduced as an aftermarket part. I think that can be a good thing in many ways. The downside is disreputable sellers who do not disclose the AM part(s) at the time of sale.
So now the SpeedTimer clasp is available. At least for now, the easy tell is the underside. The AM has the negative image stamp showing though, the OEM has a smooth underside. AFTERMARKET :

The Seiko logo is also cocked at an angle on the aftermarket clasp.

The AM looks like
It's not even level and it looks stamped with a punch stamp and not etched. It's indented. Reminds me of when I was a kid in arts & crafts during summer day camp when I made a leather bracelet with my name punched in it with dopey little designs
Still needs vast improvement. I've said in another thread, Uncle Seiko would hit the jackpot if he can replicate the SpeedTimer bracelets with clasp to the specifications with his other bracelets that everyone uses and agrees are tops in the market. In fact, outside of crystals and gaskets, his bracelets are the only visible AM parts I would use.

It's a 7/10.
Not terrible, but not amazing.
To be honest, I think it's a good replacement for originals that are pooched. It's a better effort than the other shitty AM examples that have been served up for years.
What goes on them is the front fixed pin wears an oval hole in the clasp. Usually so bad you can't put in a flanged bar to bodge it.
