Hi wrist Sushi .. Some of you know that my journey into servicing watches started in this very group coming up to 3 years ago. (I think) I kind of got obsessed since then and have never stopped since. I have made many friends along the way and have built up a large community on FB now too. This year I have concentrated on my YouTube channel with the sole purpose of showing an audience my successes and failures and generally how I go about my watch repairs and restorations . I am out to inspire more watch lovers into turning their hands to fixing and the tinkering hobby. The channel has grown considerably in this time and I have done a whole series (10 videos) in all restoring a “Ramon” special that I am known here for .a 6309 - 8500 It was a total wreck . 10 videos , 5 hours of viewing time later and we get to this! I go through each part step by step from stripping it down, cleaning , servicing , fault finding, luming all the way to refinishing the case. It’s been an epic journey and now I am going to give the watch away to a subscriber ! As a way of giving back into the community I love and to say thank you to all that have helped me get there. All you have to do is like the video in YouTube, subscribe to the channel and then leave a comment so I can enter your name into the prose draw. Here is a link to the final video youtu.be/J98ajMwF3zwHowever If you are new I Would appreciate you watching at least some of the rest of the videos. As for the winner will have a full documented story of their watch been given life back into it. Here is the playlist. www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1QqBaAlwtP4MdwxmxiYgiVXKuW-Z124gGood luck and I welcome any feedback

Awesome Mike! Thanks for not just this fine gesture giveaway but for everything do.
I have always like how you restore watches that go unmentioned a lot and yet really represent the Seiko heritage.
Good luck to all !

Congratulations Mike! Now while I do not envision going beyond a simple strap/bracelet change I appreciate craftsmanship nonetheless. Your videos are educational for folks like me who might on occasion, have to interpret what their own watchmaker tells them. Well done sir.
