Any love for the little 2A22-003A? I had this little guy that was in horrific condition. I changed the crystal, gaskets, battery and polished the case. I bought an OEM strap and swapped the buckle with the original. Are these worth anything? Do guys wear them? I think it’s a neat little Pepsi with a purple-like blue dial.

They’re kind of small, I think marketed to women and children maybe? I’ve cleaned up a couple of the similar 2625 diver for a friend of mine. I think he gave one to his daughter in law.

Yeah, kinda small, but neat. I'm letting my 75 year old mother wear it. She's said it's a little heavy but loves the colors.
Happy to bring it back from the scrap heap. You can still see a couple little blobs of metal on the case. Can't get it off. Someone used the watch to TIG weld or something as I scraped off tons of these little metals specks. The crystal was so pitted you could barely see the dial.

Funnily enough, that's one of two watches i also gave to my mom. (She humors me talking about my collection every time I visit, I thought it was only fair)

They are great little watches. A little too small for me but I picked up a few intending to give them to my daughters. 2A22's and 2625's are basically the same. I have noticed that the 2625's have a slightly beefier case and more turns on the crown when screwing it down compared to the 2A22's. I prefer the 2625's for that reason.
2625 on the left, 2A22 on the right
