This strange thing came in recently, it's says 6106-7480 on the case back and the movement is a 6106 but this dial is very weird. Aftermarket? Very strange but cool dial.

autimage, is there a dial code down at the 6 o'clock position? Maybe it would help with identification / validation. How about a suspected model year (first digit of serial number) and with that a catalog search could also help here.

No dial code and the number on the case back is actually 6106-7490 its an Actus so it should have a dial that says so on it, definitely not just Seiko 5. I'm going to replace the crystal maybe i'll pop of the dial and hope theres more information there. I went through a lot of catalogs but no luck.

Not sure about this but I don't think the 6106 was a 27 jewel movement as per dial text. Just checked the web and found a site that says max jewel count on a 6106 was 25.
