Watched this one last night, some decent twists...but just okay.

Just finished watching Red Tails. I had no idea what it was about. Great film and I am sooooooooo glad that times have changed. Maybe it's the way I was brought up, but I just do not understand how the colour of someone's skin could make any difference at all. wtf.gif Amen to that brother!!

Still can't believe how old this movie is. Feels like only yesterday that I saw it for the first time at the theater. LUDICROUS SPEED GO!

Love this film, though Her Ladyship hates it. May the Schwartz be with you.

Can never go wrong with a Jason Statham flick, even the crappy ones.

Love this film, though Her Ladyship hates it. May the Schwartz be with you. Between the scene gags and general silliness, it's too goofy not to enjoy. I was in middle school when it came out and remember crushing hard on Daphne Zuniga after seeing it.

I gave it 30 minutes, and I was still completely lost. I'm typically pretty good at dissecting multiple plots, but this one was way out there.

Can never go wrong with a Jason Statham flick, even the crappy ones. I would have agreed up until I viewed "Parker" which absolutely "sucked". Unless Stratham was playing the role of Superman, it stretched believability beyond all limits. The insertion (no pun intended) of JLo into the cast helped not at all. JMHO.

Just had to watch it for the hell of it. What got you? Taking a knife through the hand, or having the strength to force a gun clip through a shirt and bury it in some muscular guy's shoulder? Or all the blood he spills yet never passes out?
And yeah... I could've done without JLo's whining throughout.
I wouldn't call it a total loss. I'd have to put it in the "Glad I didn't waste time and money seeing in the theater" column.

There is actually a statement at Amazon's store page resulting from multiple complaints about printing errors where the author intentionally shifts the story mid-page without any warning.

My girlfriend Liz is a Journalist. Her degree is in Literature. Her Masters is in Controversial Literature, She has a PHD in Religious Literature. She works on some of her days off in a bookshop coz she loves the written word so much. She brought this book. Then she made my life a living HELL for 2 days coz it was just so, er................in her eloquent words "A pile of donkey SHIT!!"

As for JLo, her only passable scene was the one where she was having her undies inspected by Stratham's character. JMHO. All of the above.
