My Dearest Brothers and Sisters, I can not thank you enough for your very noble and sweet words! I have known Comrade Peter for a very long time in several forums. And I have known most of you also in several forums, as well. That is one reason I feel very much at home each time I visit our forums and enjoy posting fotos and letters for you, my family members. In fact, I have to thank you brother Peter more because he showed me how outstandingly generous he is by sending me a birthday gift; an Alpha GMT Coke! This beauty hand winds and hacks. I used to have the Pepsi version. After selling that, I began searching winding and hacking Alpha GMT. It was not available for a long time at Alpha store. (I don't know if they have it now). Here is one of the most sentimental, valuable, meaningful birthday gifts I have received: I was wearing my birth year 6117 - 8000 GMT Navigator till this baby arrived: And it literally has dominated my wrist since its arrival: I will start a thread at member's foto gallery sub forum soon. And here is when I was stitching Peter's strap while wearing the Alpha GMT Coke: And thank you all very much for sharing my happiness, my dearest friends . . . Capt. Serdal
