Yeah....that does look really nice.
I've never owned an Orient watch and I have no idea why.
From everything I've read about them they're supposed to be a mega bang for the buck watch....but for some reason I've never pulled the trigger.

Looks better than most GS. Orient know how to incorporate a PR meter into the aesthetic...Seiko does not!

From everything I've read about them they're supposed to be a mega bang for the buck watch....but for some reason I've never pulled the trigger. I have 3 Orients and I've never sold one of them. Two of them have been in the collection the longest of any other. Orient Star is the sweet spot for me. Matched dollar for dollar against a Seiko and I'll take the Orient. Aesthetics aside, of course. Just don't buy new if you plan to flip. The resale value tanks like a lead brick.

That does look really nice, I'd like to see a better pic of the dial.

I like it but the second hand looks familiar Is Orient USA still offering half off MSRP with a discount code? I would love to find one of these or the orange dial power reserve no date changer button from 10 years ago some day.

Josh those two look great Man. Like the style to them, nice job. I have to get a orient someday also. I only have the Three Star one with the colorful inner ring's. It think they are the very old ones but it " Ticks great ".

I like the textured dial. What I don't like is the silver ring that borders the PR meter. Still a nice looking watch worth considering.

I have to say that new Orient Star GMT looks great and that blue is top notch. A black and silver dial would also be a looker imo.

I wish I knew the model number. I think it came out circa 2002 or so.
