My go to watch in the past was this one. I don't wear it too often (might have to release it one day) but I still love the rugged handling and user ability of crystal, case material (scratch resistant sub steel), and the ease of setting. The Sinn U1 is a great watch. Any other Sinn owners?

Congrats on the U1. I have an EZM3 and my wife has taken my 556I. Great case work from these guys. Check the watchbuys thread for some Sinn eye candy.

Unfortunately I sold my Sinn U1 Some time ago it was an awesome watch but it had to go to make way for the Polprof that I now cherish. maybe one day sooner than later I will get another but there are a couple of others that I want back in the stable.
Tutima Military Chronograph with the Lemania 5100 onboard
Omega 4.5 Speedy.
Heuer Pilots chronograph
As you can see I'm a big fan of the Lemania 5100 movement.
Cheers Mark.

Bro, is that REALLY you? DANG, it's been YEARS! Timothy "Tim Got His Boots Back" Patrick No, sorry I'm not Tim. I just been around long enough to remember his legacy. Mostly in g Shocks though. Anyway I always think of that pictures when I see a Sinn. I mean how many of us could ever become an ad hoc ambassador for a watch brand?

Bought a Moonwatch Omega but never could bond with it, realized I needed a date on my dials. So, I traded it for a SINN 103 ti TESTAF chrono kit. Great watch! Valjoux movement, sapphire crystal front and back, 200m rated! Functions from -40C to +45C.

That Sinn U1 ticks all of the boxes for me (except for being budget friendly). Clean design, bold dial and hands are what I want in a watch.

I've been intrigued by this brand and impressed by their apparent quality. Now it's on my growing list of watches to at least consider if one comes available at the right price point. Thanks for the info.
