That is a tough call since I have experienced so few of the watches Seiko has to offer.
Without having held or worn many of the great watches Seiko makes/has made; I would go out on a limb and say it would be a choice between a Spring Drive model and the original Stargate. Knowing that I tend to be frugal; I would probably choose the Stargate.
As far as vintage goes; it would be a 6309-7040 or a 6309-729x chinathumbsup.gif

I would probably choose the Stargate. Top choice , Stargate's are very nice thunbsup.gif
