Its been a while since I wore my MM300. Spent three days wearing her, which could be my record for longest time with one watch! I realized just how much I liked this one. There has always been mixed opinions on the MM300, ranging from "not worth the cash" to "didn't bond with it" to "afraid to wear it." Of course, lots and lots of praise as well! If you are on the fence, get one! If you are afraid to scratch it, put it on and get out there with it! If you didn't bond, someday try again! Love it!!!!

Serdal Capt, we hear various reports concerning accuracy but since the 8L35 is the same base calibre as the GS; it can be adjusted and regulated to GS specs by any competent watch maker. And it costs lot less than the GS...even taking into account a regulation.

Thank you very much for this very important info, Peter. I didn't know it has the GS movement! Very impressive.
Now MM300 began attracting me more . . .
Very best regards . . .

Dave, it's a strange duality for me . . . as much as I love the thing, especially for its excellent homage to the Seiko Diver's gene pool, it still hasn't really grabbed me by the short and curlies . . . given how much I've dropped on watches since running into you guys and gals last year, maybe that's a good thing hide.gif . . . mind you, I didn't think too much of it at all back then, nor upon its release, so . . . oh shit, you know what I'm sayin laugh1.gif . . . yeah, I know, ultimately I'm doomed . . . damn you and all the other facilitators/enablers !!!

I am definitely a fan, and I don't think it wears as bulky as some say.
