Got into 6139-600x's in a big way over the past while. Started with the obvious (gold) then had to have a Pogue month/year 'Pogue', then expanded to blue, and finally with my last purchase, a silver (Woo Hoo!). I've also covered the -6000, -6002, -6005, -6009 spectrum. Was wondering what a "complete set" would involve, and after just learning there's a "70m resistant" dial in addition to 'bare' and 'resist' and the ever-rare 'proof' I figure all variants is prohibitive (color, case number, resist/proof/bare), I'll move onto 6138's instead! Here's the family shot:

Very nice indeed! Lovely collection and you are handling the 6139-600x disease well!
There are a lot of variants. Not counting regional caseback variations, I've got the following in my head....
For the blue and the yellow, there are proof, resist, plain, and speedtimer versions.
For the silver, there are proof, resist, and plain.
There are other JDM variations including the black dial and teal dial speedtimers.
That's 13 right there!
Never seen one with "resistant" on the dial. Cool to see. Is there a pic anywhere?

Never seen one with "resistant" on the dial. Cool to see. Is there a pic anywhere? I saw it over on SCWF in the last day or so. Thought it was TigerUK or Pollyc that posted it, but just checked there, can't find the post that mentioned it.

BTW...give that green sushi thats hiding in back some wrist time (or I'll be happy to!) It gets time, just not much yet as it's only been on hand for about 30 days. My 1st, of many I suspect.
