Well was browsing though ebay & stumbled across this SKX007 with 1 minute 8 seconds to go. Okay, no time to waste. Quick look, comes with box (damaged, shame) papers (cool) its on a bond Nato (Wrong size Bond Nato at that!) Hmmm........would have been happier with a Rubber strap but hay got a couple in the draw so no drama. Now about 40 seconds to go, quick guess at paypay balance (adequate) smash in a bid at 9 seconds & it's mine . TBH, brought one from Jimmy a few weeks back so don't need one really. However. The SKX007 is a classic. Put it on a bracelet and its quite dressy, put it on a rubber & its a fully-on dive watch fully able to cope with the most rigorous diving. It's in the UK so will be here in 2 or 3 (Long) days, some pictures (Sellers, will post my own when it arrives) I mean, seriously, If buying an extra SKX007 or two is wrong, I never want to be right!!

Nice purchase, I am definitely looking to add one to my collection as well. Do it mate, the one I picked up from Jimmy is great. I dived it in the pool the other night. 6 meters for 1 hour 14 minutes no dramas at all. Don't have the iconic status of the 6309 etc but it just does what it says on the tin. It's the bargain of the dive-watch world IMHO.

Perhaps an 007, as well as the 009 will make it to me soon.

Nice pick up Dad chinathumbsup.gif
As much as I like these; I will hold out for the SKX173 as I just love the continuation of the dial styling from 6309 to 7002 to SKX173.

What ever happened to the 'Get Dad a Doxa' fund?

Well you definitely can't go wrong with a nice 007, and very much in theme that the Bond Nato is a tad too small - Sean would approve!
Congrats, Dad!

Try and grab one of the 150m and one of the 200m models; then you've got the bases covered hurry-up-smiley-emoticon

One of the best, and a future classic - I'll put money on it.
