Aloha , I was looking on the Bay the other day and came across this one a Westclox Military Issue from around ...1968 - 1970's era. There was a starting bid for a couple bucks for it but I did not bid for it. A few days later I saw it again with a bid. It sat there at that last bid so I placed one in and left it alone. The seller said it needs some help but it is running good so I told myself I will help it to look better and run good. I asked about the strap and was told it was replaced for sales but the .... Original Bracelet / Strap was to come with the watch in the sale also. Seller said it is a old looking one and I said that is what I want. There is also a .... " Silver Case " .... to come with it that is like the ... Gold one so will see which is the original from them. I would say under that old crystal is a very nice dial....... . Yesterday I got up and looked at it and it said.... PAY NOW . Well I paid for it and I was amazed at the price I go it for. I got the watch for the price of....... $ 11.00 - free shipping. It will be here from CONUS USA in a couple days. Westclox Vietnam Era Military Issued Watch : ( Seiko Movement used by Westclox in the time era. ) Aloha and thanks for looking , Louis This is originally a Seiko stamped A - 201 , 17 Jewel Movement used by Westclox. But many have the Seiko 66B , and also the French Jim Beam in them. ( It has the ...... Double Arrow Stamp Insignia on it. )

You know, a man could get depressed reading about all your great scores Louis... Only joking of course, it's great to know there are still bargains out there when you know how to find them, and that these ones are going to someone that is going to bring them back to glory. More power to your elbow mate.

Aloha Sir, Thanks and yes I like getting them going again. I like the challenges they give and then they get going. If I only could find some ... Big Old Ones ... it would be great. I like many of the Foreign Divers I see but never get to find one. Here even the ...Swap Meets ... seem to be drying up again. My only source right now seem to be ...The Bay and it too is going slow. Hopefully time will change and some of them will come around. I have a couple of the Plastic Case Models but I am in need of a few hands to complete them so they just sit in a box till then. I need ...3 - Hour hands and .... 2 - Sweep Hands to finish them. Just for pointer's on these if you collect them. This stamped case is ....
