Did 3.08 miles with the bad boy strapped to the wrist 3+ miles, great job! best pace too - that's what amazes me. 11:17 per mile. That's a huge leap forward. Now if I can get through this day without a flare-up of knee issues, then I will actually be back on to new C25k entries starting Friday morning.

Runkeeper is a great app, it's best to switch to it after you've started running distance.

Runkeeper is a great app, it's best to switch to it after you've started running distance. I actually started with Runkeeper but it bugged the ever lovin' heck out of me that it dictated what days I ran on, and that a run cycle had to start on a Monday. I wanted to start my C25K on a Tuesday (I think) but it was telling me that I couldn't start for six more days. Lame. However, I do need to start thinking about distance rather than time runs, though if my pace continues to increase as it has been, distance will come with time.

Not sure what that's all about, I just add activities whenever I want.

Droo Got this one out of hiding and strapped it on for the day....... Drool, drool. I think I joined the hobby too late to be able to ever own one of these (at a reasonably affordable price). Outstanding example Rene. a063
