Some of you might remember my recent addition of the baby tuna, you can read about it HERE . The plan for this was always to put the stainless steel shroud from Harold and the Shark Mesh from William. The parts came in this Friday and I got to putting it together right away. Pardon the pics , cell phone. First I got the parts all together.
Then I removed the hex screws with the proper hex key. I removed the case back and band for ease of movement.
I also removed the stem and crown to make removal of the plastic shroud easier.
Then off with the plastic shroud.
Then the stainless shroud fits on ... rather tight , but no complaints.
Hex screws back in ....
Then on with the Shark Mesh.
I gotta tell you the transformation to the "baby tuna" with this stainless shroud is amazing. Proper pics from a proper photoshoot to follow. Thanks for reading. smiley-dance001

Two, make that 3 observations. 1) Shark Mesh on A Shrouded diver ROCKS!!! smiley-cool11 2) I think that the Bezel is maybe a touch "Blingy" for the matt shroud. But proper photos might well prove me wrong (I usually am!) Oh & the third observation? You, my mate are a LUCKY DOG to have a woman that get you a watch like that!! Info on the mesh please, might just have a project that would suit that one coming up yes1.gif Good meticulous work as usual Chris, Sweet.

I'm the opposite of blingy so I had a concern about it too , but it is not too blingy... not for me anyway. I agree my friend that I am indeed a lucky dog ... thunbsup.gif

Looks really good.
Did you have much trouble backing out the hex screws?

Excellent outcome If you don't mind my asking... what was all up cost? with breakdown if possible.. Thanks Tony, the watch itself was about $235 from Amazon. The shroud $88 and the bracelet was in the $60 range. I bid on it and won the "Buy it now" is around $69 if I'm not mistaken.

I have this exact same setup (Harold/WJean). It gets waaaaaay more than its fair share of wrist time. Looks awesome.
