I just got this one yesterday after looking for 6 years. I am a little disappointed in it though and probably would have passed if I had seen it in person before buying it

Out of interest, what are you disappointed about ? I must admit, I've bought a couple that look great in photos but for some reason, look totally different on the wrist.

I am a little disappointed in it though and probably would have passed if I had seen it in person before buying it That's a great looking watch. Thinner hands might help, are they original ? Out of interest, what are you disappointed about ? I must admit, I've bought a couple that look great in photos but for some reason, look totally different on the wrist. Heres the manufacturers stock shot. What originally drew me to the watch 6 years ago was the orange lume dial and hands. Well not finding anyone who actually owned one in 6 years anywhere online I had to jump on it when I was it last week from sale from above said seller in Germany. They had an actual photo of the watch and the hands didn't appear to be the same color as the dial but I wrote it off. I can tell you that their photo makes the hands look orangish, not white to tan that they really are. The dial markers are not outlined in white like the stock photo shows either. I guess one of the main appeals and what makes my Omega Dynamic the watch to end the search is the aged lumed dial and hands. When I saw my Dynamic it reminded me of the Davosa I couldn't find. I guess the Davosa wouldn't bother me as much as it does given the lume issues except that the case is almost too large as it is (42MM) with a very narrow bezel which makes it look circus huge. That is another reason I like the Omega that at 36MM it fits perfectly on the wrist and with the narrow bezel and larger dial it looks bigger than it is.
