Great news. Cancer is clear. Still finding more stretchies. Lucien Pickard with half and half stretchy and solid. Another weird one Grenville (Swiss)where someone has soldered a 10mm idle adjustment screw know from and old carby over the crown. Must has suffered from arthritis. Cheers Phil

Thanks for the kind words guys. I must admit I emptied a few large jars when I found out.i think recognition as the resident OMSB guru would be like holding a poisoned chalice. There a lot of new ones here as well. The watches with them are mainly in very good condition with oem stretchy bands (scary isn’t it).

Thanks guys for your kind words and thoughts. The incision has pretty well healed now and the stretchy bands packed away. Back to a Jake custom with Seiko Jubilee style bracelet. This has been a harrowing experience as these types of cancer were a contributing factor in my fathers death last July. His birthday fell within the process as well. Cheers Phil

Well that’s great news on the cancer front. I grew up in sunny south Florida in a time before sunscreen and keep fearing I’ll eventually find a horrible sign of skin cancer, but 51 years and nothing of that type yet. On the other hand I’m 6 month in remission from Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and can say I share your sense of relief knowing the cancer is gone.
PS, I’m sitting here getting an immunotherapy infusion as I type this.

Hi mate. Can feel for you. Sons wife has come out of treatment for nhl and is now back at work, so good news ahead hopefully. I live nearGold Coast and have very light skin and heavily exposed to sun as a youth and will pay the price. Good luck with you treatment . Our famous Aussie singer has also beaten nhl but don’t expect to look as good as her when you get the all clear. Cheers Phil
