I recently had to cancel my Master Card and subsequently several places where I use it had to be updated. One of the was Netflix. After getting an e-mail from them, I updated my account info a changed the CC number to the new one. This immediately got a reply stating that I was once again good to go. So, my Netflix online works great but my tv access is not working. I went to Netflix and had to get online with a chat bot...round and round we went to no avail. These phucktards are unbelievable. I ran them around in circles for almost an hour before the AI sensed that I had figured out their scheme.
My only option at this point is to cancel the whole thing or send a 10,000,000 volt jolt to the Netflix hub and risk my wife's ire

I contacted Netflix again and go hold of a real person who sorted out what the trouble is.
Our television and Internet provider has been upgrading their networks and we have to call them to come and upgrade the set top boxes they installed a couple of years ago.
Was it just a coincidence that the tv service stopped when my credit card changed or was it to do with the new amplifiers they installed in the distribution boxes on the street?
Will find out when Shaw Cable gets here.
If that's all it was then Netflix was not to blame.
