As the title says. What makes you happy?
We've got the pissed of thread and the laugh thread. How about a happy thread?
Especially with the condition of the world today we all can use a pick me up and reflect on the good in life.
I'll start.
My girls (wonderful wife and sweet, happy daughter). My health and the health of my family. Air conditioning in this Florida heat. 2-ply toilet paper. Boobies.
Ice cold beverages enjoyed in the comfort of my backyard.

I got another substantial raise at TNXJ today, same as 8 months ago  
My problem has always been misplaced loyalty.
Maybe that is why I work 34 days in a row or 64 out of 67 day in a row when I don't need to work at all.
Or maybe why I have worked 2 jobs at the same time most of my life going back to 2 paper routes back in middle school cuz you always have something to fall back on if things go South with one or to leverage against the other one.
Or maybe I just have worked too hard all my life.
Every time I try to leave there is something holding me back.
Still ain't seen mine.

You know what? I'm about to add a dose of corn to this tread. Having Josh posting regularly on Wrist Sushi makes me happy. I've been going through a ton of negative in "real life" as I know he has and I don't always post or add anything of value (been a while since I have) but I still lurk. I still come here daily and read the posts and the shoutbox. Josh always manages to make me crack up or bring a smile to my face.

Hanging out on WS does make me happier than other forums, because it seems like an actual community of friends rather than strangers on the internet shouting back and forth at each other about whether the 2- or 4-line Submariners are the ultimate Submariners. It took me a while to actually join the site and start contributing (I lurked for about a year) but I'm really glad I did finally join.  |

My 401K is almost back to where it was this year before the VIRUS, not that I will live long enough to cash it out
