Today's Seiko golf tip of the day: before hitting out of a fairway bunker, be sure that your feet are planted securely in the sand so hat they won't slip.

Day 11- 100/180 about to smash out the last few. Thanks to everyone who’s supported so far. Check out the link if you want to donate or just browse- some pretty interesting mental health info on there. www.thepushupchallenge.com.au/pushuperer/34891Sent a little something your way in your efforts.
It hits home for me as I have a severely mentally ill aunt in her 70's whose spent her entire adult life in long term care facilities some of which were criminal in the way they were run. Fortunately she's in a wonderful place to live out the remainder of her years. I also have a mentally ill older brother with severe bipolar disorder and PTSD and a recovering alcoholic. I know it can be/is hereditary and thankfully it skipped me except for an unhealthy obsession with watches particularly Seiko. Let that be the worst of my issues.
So the work you're doing is commendable and it's nice to see someone who cares because unfortunately mental illness has a terrible stigma associated with it and often times doesn't get the much needed understanding and compassion that physical illnesses do.
And since that organization helps the youth, it's even more important as helping those in need early in life and diagnosis will help in managing and coping with the illness to become as productive, happy, and healthy as possible in society.
Thanks for your support. The conversations that spark from this challenge is probably one of the best unmeasurable outcome. The more that people speak of their challenges with anxiety and depression as normal conversation, the better these issues are managed. I strongly believe the fact we hide our feelings away in response to emotions and stressors is part of the reason we have mental health problems in the first place.
