pip hope the cities around you are starting to see the benefit of isolation, distancing and hygiene. Still so very concerned about all in the US. Day 17 #pushforbetter only 4 days left. This is an interesting fact related to the 125 push-ups that I did today. MENTAL HEALTH FACT The glycaemic index is a value assigned to foods based on how slowly or how quickly those foods cause increases in blood sugar levels. Researchers have discovered that the low GI foods, which give us more stable blood sugar levels, can be useful for moderating our moods. In one example of a trial investigating the link between diet and mood, participants who stuck to a low-GI diet, with a glycaemic load of less than 125 per day, reported lower mood disturbance, fewer depressive-type symptoms, and lower levels of fatigue. Some examples of low-GI foods include sweet potatoes, multigrain bread, and basmati rice. You can find out more about the GI index and access a GI calculator here: www.glycemicindex.com/ www.gisymbol.com/Thanks to all who have contributed. Haven't worn this since February as I was thinking of selling it, but maybe not.

Waiting on line to food shop. Loving this “CasiOak.” Looks cool, lightweight, not bulky typical G Shock and fits like a glove. Hard to get. Bought 3 from an online retailer. Wearing one, not opening one and selling one to pay for the other 2. Maybe it’ll be collectible given the insanity over them.

I haven't much been drawn to the G, but after seeing an olive and black Casioak, may change my mind.

sounds like many of you guys are still in self quarantine? Here in Japan all 47 prefectures are now open and the streets and shops are starting to fill up again. Remains to see if any clusters show up now... Back to wearing this Chinese Parnis ...

I haven't much been drawn to the G, but after seeing an olive and black Casioak, may change my mind. They're easier to come by along with the camouflaged bezel variety. There's also the black with the white indices and lettering which is hard to get. There's also all red which is crazy wild but easy to obtain. But the stealth one is the hardest and most desirable.
I like that it's Japanese and Thailand made and not China. Most comfy and coolest G-Shock I own. Nice features too.
Here's 3 of the most common varieties, missing the camo version and the olive one you mentioned. So I believe 5 varieties in all.
This is what set the craze off. A picture from a YouTube video.
Here's a nice video from the above picture.

Today's Seiko golf tip of the day: hold your club at address with easy security rather than grim, tightening intensity.
Spoon today and getting some plants ready to spend a full day in the sun tomorrow so I can hopefully get them planted on Sunday.
