I have a W853 4000 Timetron and I just love the little thing. Haven't worn it in a while and the battery was dead, but at least that is easy to change. The original rubber strap is a brittle mess and broke into pieces the moment I picked the watch up. I really doubt I can find a NOS OEM strap for this watch, and given how my strap responded to age, I don't think I can trust any NOS rubber straps either. It doesn't use a standard lug, which makes things a bit more challenging. Any idea on how I can wear my Timetron again? Appreciate all inputs! The strap's part number is DD95AB I believe (that's the code stamped on it)

You might have to use a strap from a Casio or similar watch. Or buy a 24mm strap that can be notched and use screw together pins? Seiko Oceania does show some of these style straps being 'ordering required'
