Moved: Refurbishing Advice (and Moved Again)

I have a 1971 Seiko 6139-6002 Pogue in need of a new bezel insert (blue/red). Been in a drawer for 20 years but functions perfectly.  Looking for advice about removal of original insert and fitting replacement part.  Crystal cracked so removed and bezel already removed.  All may be beyond my skill level so academic interest before looking for someone to do service referb.

Hiya, if it’s been in a drawer for that long it will need a service for sure, which there are a few in here can help you with. What country are you in?
