Here's a pair of SKX009s with a few interesting differences. The one on the left is a resusitated HHC with original creamy lune dial, original hands and a domed replacement crystal. Bezel shows lovely aging towards a lighter shade of blue on a Yobokies President. SKX009J 21Jewel dial with lovely age faded text at 6 o'clock. The other is a newer all original export model SKX009K version on the original 44G1ZI Seiko OEM jubilee. The HHC dial literally lost its lume over time. Odd. So I grabbed an LCBI lumed chapter ring so as to make for good night time readability. You can see in the normal lighting photo the markings are thicker than normal. "Generous lume applied" so they say. Here you go: Funny how the lumed chapter ring makes the watch seem like it is of a much larger diameter, too.

That's a nice sympathetic restoration.
It's odd that the luminous fill on the hands didn't age in the same way as the dial. I wonder if it's a slightly different formulation.
