Early last week I ordered a Hirsch strap, £30, from In-Time Watches UK using Paypal to pay. They did not immediately inform me of dispatch and when they did they did not issue a tracking number, I had to ask for it. The number they then issued did not work the first day so I assumed that was a glitch in RM's system. After 8 working days the number has never worked even though I requested it checked so I assume now it was a fake.
The strap has not arrived and their customer service has stopped answering my emails as of Friday last week (3 sent). I immediately raised this issue through Paypal and the messages have received no replies there also.
This morning I escalated the issue with Paypal and they are now dealing direct with the company.
DON'T buy anything from them. I have a gut feeling all is not well within.

You've done the right thing, Don. Requested tracking, waited patiently, attempted to sort it out yourself, and now it's up to PP to give you the protection they promise. I've no doubt you'll get your money back. 👍

Update:
A strap arrived today which was posted on Tuesday 22nd. The accompanying letter tries to bluff away the supposed posting on the 15th and its tracking details.
Nobody, to date, has answered any of my emails or replied to the Paypal dispute.
I shall be returning this strap for a number of reasons mostly their VERY POOR customer relations.

Even with all the grief you’ve been through, I’d reconsider sending it back. You received it and the situation is resolved. Attempting to return it with the quality of service you’ve already received will only serve to invite a whole new set of potential problems. I can think of a half a dozen. I’d move on and not buy from them in the future. You’re just creating unnecessary aggravation continuing on with them with a return. Just food for thought.

Yes, I have considered that option but now with the correct Seiko 21mm strap and no watches with 21mm lugs its a waste of £30. They have still to reply to the Paypal dispute which I am leaving open until someone from the company replies to them or me. They have a returns request email address, email at intime dot co dot uk, but it does not work. Two emails to it have bounced back from their server. With this issue again yesterday I emailed Customer Service and Admin ref providing a returns number with no replies as yet.

Update:
The strap is packaged up for return. Nowhere on their web do they state a returns address and they have not replied to my email for one. Had to phone this morning to get it.
In the mean time, this morning, In-Time refunded the Paypal payment via the Paypal dispute.
So I have my money and a strap....but it will be posted today.
Sh1t service all round for a simple strap.
