We hear so many bad things so I thought one of my latest purchases was worth a mention.
I ordered 4 light bulbs as spares for the wall lights having just used my last spare, so no urgency required. Total £3.99 with FREE delivery.
2 or 3 days went buy and I had forgotten the order (too many other bits to arrange) when I get a message from the seller. Sorry I have not had time to post them but will do first thing in the morning. Ohhhh and because I am late i'll add 2 extra bulbs FOC. I replied with no problems and thanks for the update.
The bulbs arrived today. The seller sent them 1st Class signed at a cost of £3.70.
I feel a little uneasy.

Rare but it happens. Don't feel uneasy, you didn't chase him so it was his call to do what he did. Just give him rave review without mentioning what he did else everyone will expect it.

My son casually collects baseball cards. He bids only on certain players and teams and rarity of card or photography nivolved with one-year only patches showing on the uniform or such. Just a past time no biggie either way.
Sometimes he will win the auction for 40 or 50 cents.
The seller then mails them untracked at 55 cents postage, plus the cost of an envelope. This happens somewhat frequently. Occasionally the seller will report the card as "lost" and my son gets why so he just laughs it off.
So enjoy your deal Don.
Bad business model.
