A member on another watch forum was seeking to identify his grandfather's Orient watch. He sent an inquiry to Orient with pics of the watch and received this response:

We would like to inform you it is our genuine automatic watch # 114955 produced in Japan in 1966 - 1967,

housing an automatic movement caliber # 31900 21 jewels..

It is the model peole called as "ORIENT Weekly Auto" and was quite valuable item in 1960's. Unquote
