Hey so looking at the Chinese micro brands and such. Then seeing the recent resurrection of the of the Chinese homage thread, with the Klein videos I have become stumped. I'd had the Sharkey 6105-8110 on my upcoming B-day list. Not 100% on the logo but they seem to have some of the best reviews... Since "Apocalypse Now" is in my top 5 favorite movies, and seeing as how affordable a homage is, I now feel the need. Yet seeing the Video of Klein's review of the Rdunae Retangula 6105-8000, I really like that long Stop Light? seconds hand. I'm just not that fond of the case.
Does anyone know if there is a source for the long seconds hand? Klein mentioned he wasn't aware of anyone making them in his video. I'm 99% set on the 8110, but would like to swap in that long seconds hand if it was available. I guess I could always buy both watches and swap them between the two???
Thanks in advance.

Aliexpress had some "long" hands. As with everything on there, the description may or may not be correct and all you have to go on is pictures and gut feelings. Tempered with what you see may not be what you get. And lately, you may not get it at all. My 3 watches have two different hand styles. Through the glass I cannot detect a difference in length. The seconds hand looks longer on the Rdunae because it covers the indices but I suspect that is more dial design than length of hand.
Some of the other obscure brands 6105-8110s look like a new case design that does not follow the original as the first Sharkeys did. I like the Shark logo. It grows on you.
For the -8000, the Rdunae follows the design closest. The Seizenn is the best value. The San Martin is finished better. There are differences in lug size and case width. The Seizenn was the cheapest of the bunch at $79 on ebay. It was timed by the Merkur and had a timing machine printout in the box. I suspect the price has gone up.
