It floated up from the bottom of Ramon's treasure chest and I hooked it right away chinathumbsup.gif

Very interesting that the dial lume went tan instead of grey - that's awesome!

Pretty nice shape, what are your plans? I will clean and relume the hands; and see if I can march the patina of the markers. Other than that; it just needs to have the movement over hauled as it doesn't run. But that is not a problem chinathumbsup.gif

Great dial & the whole watch looks to have superb potential. I can see it's a 7002 but perhaps you can remind me of the full model number & date ? Look forward to seeing it when it's finished & hope that if you get time, you might be able to post a thread on the hand re-luming process ?

Look forward to seeing it when it's finished & hope that if you get time, you might be able to post a thread on the hand re-luming process ? It's a 7002-7039 which was a transition model between the 7002-7000 and the newer 7s26-0020. These transitional models were only in production for a short period of time but they heralded in the 200M depth rating.
