Hi All.
My name is Dave and I'm a Seikoholic. Well now that's out of the way!
I've been collecting watches for the past two years, so not very long in the grand scheme of things. I started with Seiko as they were an affordable entry into the Auto and Quartz watch world, and while I've strayed here and there my collection has largely stayed true to the Seiko brand.
I'm starting to collect more Vintage pieces and have a thing for the older SQ150 divers and some of the 70's quartz sports watches.
My latest purchase is a 6105-8000, and this is the watch that has led me to this forum.

Welcome aboard Dave, from the other side of the world! (I'm in England). Whereabouts in Aus are you? As HiBeat says, there are a few members down under these days.

Thanks for the replies. I'm from Perth, so the west side of Australia.
There are a fair few watch enthusiasts here, they just tend to keep quiet!
England has a really active watch community I've found.

Welcome to the forum mate.
Nice to have a fellow Aussie on board.
Don't forget to post some pictures of the collection when you get a chance.
