A very cool, clean, Seiko 7T32-7D19 Sports 200 Alarm Quartz Chronograph from June 1996. Love the Arabic numbers, black dial, bottle cap bezel, and original beads of rice bracelet. Comes with Seiko’s old sapphlex crystal.

I went somewhere pretty cool today to see something fleeting. There's a hidden corner of a boulder field on Mt Wellington where, if you get a lot of rain over a week, a hollow fills up with pure run off. It's known as Disappearing Tarn(small alpine lake), because a few days after it fills up, it will be empty again. It's about a hours walk from the road, and despite growing up on the mountain I've never seen it before.

That is a fascinating thing that is disappears after a few days and maybe some kind of .... Under Ground Drainage to it. You all down there have so much to offer the rest of the World when it comes to all of this and more and just Beautiful and Historic Country. Louis

tritto - that's a really cool photo set and very interesting background. It's especially neat to have finally gotten to see something you've only known of for so long.
longbike - those giant Trevali certainly earned their name! I wonder how you lift such a heavy catch, I'm guessing they have some natural buoyancy judging by the photos. The real trick must be getting them into the boat!
I also love it when Jet Fighter scramble off from a field, it's a very powerful experience when afterburners are lit!

Aloha .......... Well my work room over looks from .... The West Side Historic Diamond Head Crater - Waikiki Beach all the way across to The International Airport / shared Hickam U.S. Air Force Base and a little more to The East Side of the Island Coast. These Trevally are one of our Natural Sport Trophy Game Fish that we also catch with Rod and Reels in Annual Shore Casting Competition's we have here .
