Up for sale is a 7C43-700A from June of 1987 in very nice condition. I have rarely worn it, and it has been sitting in my watch box most of the time that I have owned it. The hacking 7C43 movement is running well and keeping good time, service history is unknown. Day/date turns over correctly between 9 and 3. The dial and hands appear to be original and in excellent condition. The lume on dial, hands, and insert matches when exposed to light and fades quickly. The finish on case and caseback are in very nice shape with light scratching on the sides and caseback. The crystal has several light marks, but overall looks pretty good and has the correct frosted edge. Crown tightens with 3 finger rolls. The only thing to note with this watch is the bezel. It is unidirectional and rotates very tightly. Tightly enough that I usually take it off of my wrist to rotate it. That said, the action on it is nice with distinct clicks. It feels like a higher quality SKX bezel. The insert has very light wear, it appears original with the correct texture and lume pip. I am asking $450 shipped and Paypal’d CONUS. Sale is for the watch head only. I would be open for a trade towards a nice condition 7549 tuna. I would prefer to stick with U.S. sales at this time.
