Did you know that John Delorean was probably a WIS?

I just finished watching this Netflix mini-series on the infamous John Delorean and learned that after all he'd been through, the millions he swindled and the people he conned that the last job he had was selling watches on the internet from his walk-up condo in Morristown, NJ when he died in 2005! Wonder if he was a grey market dealer?
