With Jules-Borel being down for the past few days, does anyone know of any other free to use resource that will support searching for parts? Boley is not much help unless you're looking for common crystals and gaskets.

In short - no. I sure hope Borel is up and running again at some point soon as it’s quite possibly the best online resource out there.

I've sent an email to mail@julesborel.com to alert them that it's down in case they are unaware.
Looks like database connections are broken:
Error on open of JBCALIBER CISAM file. (101)
Error on open of JBCOMP CISAM file. (101)
Error on open of JBITEM CISAM file. (101)
Error on open of ICMASTER CISAM file. (101)
Error on open of cgi_event.log.

I saw that update on their website but I assumed that they'd have the content on a cloud host for redundancy, availability and better mean time to recovery numbers. They've kept old school with their ops. Hope the person entrusted with custody of that disk doesn't lose or format it. Not complaining btw, that information is offered and supported by them for free to us folks. I'm just an anxious freeloader.

"The Jules Borel Material database is currently unavailable" 😕
You'd have to call to search for parts.

It's not changed and works for me. Tested it across different browsers and incognito modes, it's all in there.

Your link is a fully populated query. If you just navigate to the main query page the error persists for me, but if I follow your link I can see the whole Seiko list you queried for and click through it too. Is this a saved query you use to always just load all of the Seiko records?

Yes Simon, it's a saved search rather than the UI click-a-click. Much easier as I don't have to search via the formed query. The format is simple and you can add the movement number at the end of the query to go directly to the correct page.
Either way you should now be able to do some searching from that link which is much better than where we were last week.

Handy for movement parts but not case parts…

No to worry Nick, I got you covered. Here it is. I didn't think the case parts were popular. Same principle, just add the case reference to the underlying url if you prefer not to go through pages and pages.

It's not changed and works for me. Tested it across different browsers and incognito modes, it's all in there. To access Citizen parts, just replace letters SEK in the link with CIT. The link ouroboros provided works, but trying to access via their home site doesn't.

At least now I can just link to any entry and replace the case number with what I’m actually after. Excellent!
