Test wearing this one today. Numbers are good of which I'm quite content. I have another newer bezel but with a brown insert. Still contemplating whether to get a *cough cough* seikosis insert or leave as is. Quite impressed as this the first time I've managed to get a soft reset configured, much gentler to use. Been doing the resets for the fun of it but I better stop before I damage something.

It's more to do with the aesthetics. To call a spade a spade, the original bezel insert is really worn out and not keeping with the overall condition.

This Rtunae 6105-8000 homage gilt version with NH35, on a custom G. leather strap has been hogging wrist time. Dare I say it is the perfect watch on my 6.5 inch wrist??

Thanks! Thought it was a mod. Usually mods don't get me going, but yours looks very nice!

It's a Seiko 5H26-7A10 diver from the late 1980's with black calendar wheels and hands from a Seiko Velatura Pics stolen from the web (including Spencers website ) 12 years ago or so, I nearly bought a NOS example from a Chicago brick-and-mortar jeweler. My wife talked my out of it because I "already have several watches that look exactly like that." She has since learned the subtle differences between various Seiko dive watches.
