Takes a lot to impress me moody old git that I have become. So I thought I'd just give Uncle Seiko's bracelets a big thumbs up from me in public as they are top notch! Shame Seiko never made decent bracelets like this themselves originally. Nicely finished. Lovely clasp and quality solid links. I have a 6138-0030 I wanted to put back on it's original JDM style bracelet so that's the one I'm harping on about. Quality! Also another reason to buy from Uncle Seiko is he's a nice guy full stop. Cheers Uncle.

Couldn’t agree more. I’ve got Larry’s bracelets on my 6139-600x, 4006-7002 Bellmatic and SPB157J1 Alpinist. I’m not normally a fan of rubber straps but the GL831US Irezumi on my Pulsar ‘Manta Ray’ is an absolute corker.
If he ever gets round to making a chiclet for the 6139 Pulsations I’ll definitely be in the queue for one, although my Stelux Panda bracelet is a good substitute.

Amen to all this and more
I have literally a dozen or more in all sorts of varieties and end links and every one is well made and value priced.
Larry is "Our Favorite Uncle" for good reason !!

Larry is top notch. Have had an GL831 that's very good quality. It's now called Uncle Straps, though.

US supplies the best Pogue AM bracelets available.
I have many, UZ199, railroad and 6139's BUT the end links on the 6139's required tidying up before fitting. They required deburring internally where they contact the rear of the watch lugs. My engineering OCD said...please remove before fitting. In fact all internal edges required Swiss needle file intervention.
I also have one Chinese AM bracelet (came on a Pogue) which you can find everywhere, cheap, and I advise NOT to buy them. While they might look the part their removeable links are a nightmare.

I noticed it is no longer Uncle Seiko.... Just Uncle now. When you do it as well and as good and as long as Larry you can change your name to anything.
I wonder if Seiko asked nicely?

Uncle Straps is the official name, but shipping labels still come in as Uncle Seiko. Larry’s been selling a lot of non-Seiko stuff and is now pushing leather straps. Promoting Tudor BB bracelets lately. I think he wants to get the message out that he caters to others besides Seiko.

I like his products, and have several; but I was surprised Seiko did not go after him sooner because of the word "Seiko" in a company from California.
