Need some help from fellow 6309-7049 owners. I would like to put a Seiko SS bracelet, oyster or jubilee. Most of the bracelet I'm seeing have the curved end which will not work. I need a bracelet with straight ends. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
Looks like you need straight ends. I don't know for sure what I needed, that is why I asked for help on this.
Hi, could you please clarify so we can help.
Do you want straight ends because it's what you prefer? Or do you like them because you think curved ends won't work?
Which one then? If it's the 1st one then there are so many choices available on 22mm straight end bracelets. If it's the 2nd one then you're mistaken - there are many 6309-7049 specific bracelets out there.

If this is the look you are going for then you need a standard Seiko 22mm president bracelet (made for an SKX-type Seiko diver) and a set of 6309-specific endpieces. You will not be using the endpieces that came with the bracelet.
I highly recommend Jonathan's endpieces. IIRC he sells them with different center widths to accommodate different bracelets. This one has a 9mm center link.
I think straight-end bracelets look terrible on divers, but that is just me.
