Hello and seasons greetings to all from Adelaide, South Australia. New to forum but not collecting time pieces. I collect vintage pre-Perestroika CCCP/USSR and vintage Seiko watches with a few modern Seiko divers. My soft spot is for any watch from the Daini factory especially the 5216 LM Special of which I have many variants. Anyway I've been reading this forum forever and thought I'd better join. Cheers.

Welcome, Timehertz. You’ll find many helpful members here - from Aus and all over.
Welcome Timehertz! I have a few examples of the Slava 2427 watches that I believe are from the mid to late 1980s? The double mainspring threw me for a loop when I serviced one of them, I love to see how different manufactures solve common problems. Hope to see some of yours around here too!
Welcome indeed, hop aboard the WristSushi Express !!!
I imagine you know but being from Adelaide means you live in the area of Vintage Time Australia, one of the pre-emiment watch repair shops in the entire world and especially among vintage Seiko repair. In fact Adrian who runs VTA is a moderator here as well.
