Stay out of The Bay when you’ve had a few Or a watch may make it’s way to you It may not be quite what you thought Oh no ! What the hell have I bought? wtf.gif I have three spaces in my watch boxes, and when they're full I’m going to stop collecting as I really have enough now.I know I said that when I had 7 watches in my home-made watch box, but now that I have 6 boxes each of which hold 10 watches, I’ve really got to stop. I have 10 beaters, and as I work 6 days a week they are getting more wrist time than my “better” ones. Today I promoted a 7005 from beater status because I like it and it’s very clean. Because I was looking to vary my collection a bit. Because I have a bit of a liking for blue dials. Because it was cheap. Okay, okay, because I’d had a few. laugh1.gif Seller’s pic: Seller’s description “Day and date window display on the 3 position”. When it arrived I liked the blue dial. And it’s jewel. All one of it. When am I gonna learn ? Oh well, at least I have another lunch money beater. yes1.gif

We all have our "moment of weakness" whether it be alcohol induced or otherwise. (I've often wondered why watch manufacturers would devote space on the dial to enter the word "date" by the date window. Are they aiming at the extreme novice?)

The good news is, you're not regretting the purchase. It's much worse when you get into something, and then the serious regret sets in. laugh1.gif
Kinda weird that they have to label the date window...
